What is The Single Little Secret that Leads to Success?

If you really want to achieve ANY success in life, you’ll need to break your bad habits and replace them for good–positive habits.

You owe it to yourself to put in your best possible performance. And to do this, you need to lose the bad habits. Period.

And that's my friend, is exactly what we are going to do in this e-course. Make success something like a habit for you, OK? Very well then, let me give you a general introductory lesson here on habits…

I'm sure you know that good habits need to be cultivated while bad habits seem to grow like weeds.

Habits like self-discipline, self-control, order, and perseverance, are all habits that require a conscious effort to create and maintain.

Procrastination on the other hand, is a behavior takes no effort at all. For better or worse, it’s your habits that make or break you.

I want to repeat that again…

For better or worse, it’s your habits that make or break you.

BAD habits prevent you from reaching your potential. They are self-inflicted punishments that drain you of motivation, time, and money. And they hold you back from living the great life you know you can achieve. Bad habits chip away at the life you COULD be living, right now.

They stifle your potential to make the money you deservack from enjoying rewarding personal relationships… And they prevent you from looking and feeling GREAT!

Success, like anything else, must be learned and practiced. A habit starts out as no more than a thought. When this thought is pursued it turns into action. If repeated often enough this action will impress itself on the subconscious mind and form a habit. Once a habit is formed it becomes automatic and no longer requires the attention of your conscious mind.

Take a close look at your routines. Routines are what form your habits. Examine what is working for you and what is not. Just as with a garden cultivating good habits will also take time and attention. You need to nurture the flowers in your life and start pulling the weeds. If something is not working for you, get rid of it!

If you wish to be successful in anything you do, follow the clues.

Study the habits of successful people. It is the habits we create that make us who we are. One habit all successful people have in common is the ability to focus their attention for extended periods of time, which one of the skills that you'll master by the end of this e-course.

Acknowledge the small things. Recognize and acknowledge each little success as it comes along. As one success leads to another they add up and you gain confidence in you ability to reach even larger goals.

Everything is learned by degree. Start small and practice daily creating positive habits. As you success more, one small success leads to another until success becomes a habit.

Building up positive habits is essential as we mentioned, on the other hand, it's even more important that you break addictive bad habits. Now, let's forget about the defeatism; it’s just an excuse people find for their lack of determination. You’re stronger than that. Yes, controlling habits is not easy, but here are a few tips to get you moving in the right direction…

Avoid the Danger Zones:

Most bad habits are associated with places, people, or circumstances which encourage you to indulge in something you know you shouldn’t. If you make a point of avoiding these danger zones, you may find that the habit will disappear of its own accord.

Motivate Yourself Properly:

Exercise your willpower, just as you would any muscle of your body. Flex it whenever temptation encroaches, and surprise yourself with your strength of will. If you need help strengthening your motivation, there’s nothing wrong with seeking assistance with a professional, or even a trusted friend.

Discover the Alternatives:

Give some thought to the fact that if you’re addicted to one bad habit, you may be missing out on a lot of other pleasures. Seek out something new, and give it a try instead of the object of your addiction. If you’re headed for the bar again, think a moment about a coffee shop, or a movie theater, or even a nice run, for a natural high.

Slam on the Brakes:

When a bad habit rears its ugly head again, and tries to take control, throw a wrench in the works. Take a time-out, and reevaluate. Do anything it takes to delay, and distract yourself. Break those habits of thought.

Later, I'll train you to program your sub-conscious mind to break those bad habits, and replace them for good. Why sub-conscious mind things? Because Bad habits are impulses… so instead of controlling them, you often end up repeating them!

I am so profoundly driven to break my bad habits. I know it won't be easy, but I'm going to follow this e-course and begin to re-evaluate why I am doing those things which are so detrimental to my health and well-being and prosperity.

The tips to get one moving in the right directions are all true with humans,

i have done the danger zone tip but the problem i have is always trying to help people out of their problems with the little money i earn and i end up having no savings to re-invest into other things. And also i lack motivation most time to move out from a back situation like job or to invest in a business am not too sure of it. Please how will i stop the habit of helping people all the time and they will not say am heartless?
