Yes, I think happiness is a specific mindset. You need to practice it. And as Maria said, it's %100 from within. This is why we see/meet happy people although they're poor or having personal disasters. I have read books & quotes from leaders spent their whole lives in prison or has been chased by their enemies for decades. Nobody can give you happiness.
