Kalid,

Please include the priors and spontaneouses on boosting self esteem. If you go step by step on building or boosting self esteem it will be great.

Julian,

I have included the popular "signs–symptoms" of low self-esteem. I think adding a kind of quiz to determine if a person has low self esteem or not would be a good idea. Thanks for the comment Julian.

And Faheema, yes… thank you. I'll try to make it practical step-by-step as possible. On going improvement will be applied to the course based on readers' feedback… just like the positive interaction that I see here.

first , thanks for ur encouragement, and motivation u always give to ur readers, really, thanks, second , iam really have an interest course for the self esteem, third, kaled iam really always have an stress, for the sake hard work i do , and some times my morale is high and some times down , kaled how can i reduce these things, but iam really always optimistic, but some times, the hard working i do, and dificult i live, gives me demoralise and too much stress. plz kaled let get from u special advise for Abdul.

Thanks everyone… indeed. I mean it, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for taking the time to write something for me.

All the lessons will delivered to the newsletter subscribers on Friday 17 Dec 2008. The blog readers will be able to read them weekly.

I'll consider all of these comments & re-write, add, remove and improving the course in general. After that, I'll release the new "improved" edition and give it to you guys.

I feel really excited about this way of interaction. I do this simply to deliver the content as-you-want-it. Not as I "assume" you want. The best thing is that I see all the positive feedback through email & blog comments, this makes me motivated more to do my best.
