You have got to see this kid…
It's not the lovely voice that caught my attention, but, that thing of "emotions injections" in every word!
I loved that kid

Michael Grant White, author of Secrets of Optimal Natural Breathing says:
By optimizing one's breathing and creating the correct internal and energetic balance, physiological changes occur through increased oxygenation, breathing coordination and nervous system balance. This affects the entire human organism and its billions of functions, including all of the subtle energy systems such as meridians, chakras and aura(s).
Why should that bother you? What benefits you?
Here are some benefits…
- Improves blood circulation and relieves congestion.
- Boost your energy.
- Reduces mental and physical fatigue.
- Eases the strain on the heart by increasing oxygen to the heart.
- Better breathing calms the nervous system
- Enble you to recover faster from stress and exertion.
Happy breathing!

I got an email from one of our valuable readers, after the introduction it says…
… Anyway, I am planning to volunteer to do a life skill training to the Scout in Lattakia, the city where I live now. What do you recommend. Youth 10-24 are the target group. Is there any questionaire you recommend to use? Or any resources?
Thanks in advance…
And I replied like this…
This is Kaled Asmri from http://successelixir.net, I really would like to thank you for reading and commenting on my articles–and apologize for the late response. You asked about what would be best to offer (as a volunteer work) for a target group of youth…
Well, I believe we can think of 100's of ideas. But which one is the best? Not what I suggest, but what they want (your target group). So, I think making few conversations with your target audience, listening to them, reading the local studies to see what kind of problems they have in that particular society.
I would also recommend that you do some Google research on "youth training best practice", "youth training ideas", "youth training case study(ies)" and see what other people around the globe are doing.
I really wish you enjoy your project and do some outstanding work.
Best,
Kaled
I'll do my best to write many posts on this topic with actionable practical tips.
