One of the biggest problems most people face when dealing with sorrow, is wondering when the overwhelming sense of grief will subside.
When you’ve lost a loved one from your life, you feel as though you will never recover from the grieving process. Every time you think of that person your eyes well up with tears and your sense of loss feels inconsolable. Allow yourself to grieve and you will find that with the passing of time your grief will lessen. You won’t ever forget that person, but instead of grief you’ll have wonderful memories.
Dealing with sorrow can be a difficult time for you, but don’t complicate it by turning to alcohol or drugs to ease your pain. What happens when the effects wear off? You’re right back where you started.
The real secret to quickly dealing with sorrow is to live your life as you normally would. Go back to work and socialize with your family and friends. If you were playing sport beforehand then start playing again. Keep your life as normal as you can even though you may still experience feelings of grief from time to time. This is perfectly normal.
If you feel that your grieving period is going on far too long, then you might consider going to a grief counselor. These practitioners are trained to deal in that specialty so ask the experts for some help. Don’t try dealing with it on your own because it can lead to depression which will take longer to get over.
There is always help out there for dealing with sorrow. All you have to do is ask for it.

You may think that using the law of attraction to obtain your goals is just a means of thinking about something you want and then it miraculously appears. But we all know that that just isn't true.
The law of attraction can be used in building courage to improve your personal life, by determining that no matter what you decide to do with your life, you will have the courage to step out and do it.
So how can it help you? Think of the challenge you have given yourself and how terrified it makes you feel. You’re probably asking yourself if you try to attempt the challenge you may fail at it, so you have to find a means to make it easier on yourself.
To overcome your fear to attempt a challenge you first have to ask for it. Write down exactly what you want and then use visualization to see yourself overcoming the fear, which has a hold on you. See yourself on the other side, as you overcome any personal issues to come out a winner.
Once you have written down your goal you must become totally absorbed in it. It must be in your thoughts day and night so that your vibrations are in harmony with what you have asked for.
Within a reasonably short period of time, your goal will actually become reality. Whatever you want in your life all you have to do is ask for it and take steps to put it into motion.

Dealing with anger issues is hard especially when you’re dealing with emotions. If you have a stressful situation you will notice that the defenses will go up immediately. Being angry is far easier to deal with than working out the problem. To work on anger management here are a few tips.
- Talk to a family member or friend who is easy to talk to and also understands. Talking to someone known to you and that you know will listen, will make you feel a lot more comfortable. A family member or friend is likely to know both sides of the story.
- Meditation is a great way to calm your whole body and mind and relieve the tension. You have to learn how to release the anger, so calm meditation will put you on the right path.
- Take yourself away from the environment which has caused you to feel angry. Being alone with your thoughts may help you to look at your actions and possibly do things differently.
- Write down what is making you angry. You may feel as though nobody is listening to you or understands what your problem is. Writing it down is also a great way to release your anger.
There are lots of anger management tips out there to help you overcome your feelings. Try simple things like going for a walk, listen to music or turn the bad situation into a humorous one. Whatever you decide to do will be right. You have to rid yourself of all the negative emotion and begin to think clearly and logically once more.

Who needs inspiration and a “kick” of motivation this time?
I do.
The past month “May 2009” brought a lot of challenges into my life. I didn’t see them coming, but they arrived and I had to deal with them. I won’t bother you with my details, but I already moved into the "solution circle". It was harsh–and kept me down for a while. This is why I couldn't even post to my blog or contact the amazing people in my newsletter.
And I honestly want to send a BIG THANKS for everyone sent me an email asking about me. I truly appreciate it.
I have done a lot of planning and preparation to make few critical decisions, and tell me what comes after good preparation?
Right… Inspired action.
A good friend of mine sent me this video to give me some inspiration to move forward through any kind of challenges and life surprises that we will certainly be facing.
I want to share it with you…
I hope you enjoyed it.Talk soon,
Kaled.
