I got an email from one of our valuable readers, after the introduction it says…
… Anyway, I am planning to volunteer to do a life skill training to the Scout in Lattakia, the city where I live now. What do you recommend. Youth 10-24 are the target group. Is there any questionaire you recommend to use? Or any resources?
Thanks in advance…
And I replied like this…
This is Kaled Asmri from http://successelixir.net, I really would like to thank you for reading and commenting on my articles–and apologize for the late response. You asked about what would be best to offer (as a volunteer work) for a target group of youth…
Well, I believe we can think of 100's of ideas. But which one is the best? Not what I suggest, but what they want (your target group). So, I think making few conversations with your target audience, listening to them, reading the local studies to see what kind of problems they have in that particular society.
I would also recommend that you do some Google research on "youth training best practice", "youth training ideas", "youth training case study(ies)" and see what other people around the globe are doing.
I really wish you enjoy your project and do some outstanding work.
Best,
Kaled
I'll do my best to write many posts on this topic with actionable practical tips.

I got email from one of this blog valuable readers asking…
Hi Kaled,
i value your articles and quotes so much, thank you and i think you re doing a very good job.
i would appreciate your opinion on something, see, i did a Diploma in Sport management and im looking for a job but now i dont think its what i want to do anymore.do you think dropping everything and starting over is a good idea?
I replied…
Hi, thanks for your email…
In short, yes. But there are things to consider… don't repeat the process. I mean be sure that the next choice is something you love. And don't worry, many people get bored even with their passions! So, nothing wrong with that as long as you know what you doing.
You can be expert in your next choice in less than a year. Relax, and don't change your career path right away till you get your backup plan. I would really love you go on one of 2 courses I personally recommend:
1. Simpleology: this will takes you from defining exactly what you really want, till you get it. A complete system & I love it & it's free. http://habitmagic.com/simpleology
2. Creating Power system: as good or better than the first because it's more comprehensive and you get 3 months access to the trainer to ask him any question. But it's not free.

3. There are personality test companies to help you identify the best career options for your personality. I have not used them myself, but friends told me it worth. See:

I wish that helps. Thanks and take care,
Kaled.
