The faith in God is the firt and right step towards defeating your inner phobia. At times the situation arises from some child hood memory or suppressed feeling deep inside the soul. They call it sub conscious. There is no way these imaginary demons of thought cannot be defeated. Love and care from some dear one who is taken in to confidence can also help a lot in the elimination of such condition. Yes. It is with you until you die, and it even continue after the death. when we laugh, talk, breath, we always hide fear of the unknown or call it self. death can come anytime and we are always busy in this world's materialistic life, in fact if you pray, remember God, only then fear is overcome, because nothing can beat God, the everlasting power, so make friendship with God and do not do anything which God might not like, as breaking someone's heart etc. Peace No one can deny fear.
