		<description>Hey Denish... breaking a bad habit (smoking in this case) isn&#039;t hard, not very easy too.

habits sometimes be more complicated &amp; attached with stress, lifestyle, friends, your thoughts...etc. These things will 
re-enforce your bad habits all the time.

So, it requires a kind of... let&#039;s say serious desire AND the right action to change &amp; control it. 

to be brief, you need:
- strong desire;
- willpower;
- visualization (re-programming your subconscious mind);
- motivation;
- follow a plan &amp; give it your best shot for 6-21 days...

What can I do?
I&#039;ll give you the plan, motivation AND you have to work it out. Accept the challenge for the next 21 days.
