This is my last year in studying and i am supposed to find some work next year. when I meet people or even with my family members i most of the time keep silent and rarly talk only when somebody ask me about something. this is how I used to behave since I was a child. I feel very shy to speak in front of people and I feel very confused to the extent that I forget what i want to say. I would really very grateful if you can give me any advice because i see that my problem is very serious for me. Thank you in advance .
