From Will Power to Self-Discipline…

In a previous article, I outlined some tips to develop will power

Today we’re going to move to discuss Self-Discipline, what it’s and how can you develop it. I started to read more on this topic after receiving a question from one of The Success Elixir Blog valuable readers, his name is Poonam. He asked this:

You’re welcome Poonam. Follow this link for more tips on self confidence/esteem:

For will power, I’ll recommend you go through this:

Kaled.

I told him to read more about improving self esteem & confidence on this blog archive. For will power, I found some good articles at Steve Pavlina’s blog (highly recommended). I saw that Steve represented will-power as a pillar out of 5 pillars of self-discipline.

  1. Acceptance,
  2. Willpower,
  3. Hard Work,
  4. Industry, and
  5. Persistence

I have found that self-discipline is a million-dollar habit you literally need to have. Better than short-injections of motivation, much better. It can be learned and practiced. So, how to have more self-discipline?

Just follow Steve on this series to start learning self-discipline:

to your success!

Kaled :)

Hey Ibrahim,

Here are the potential answers,

1. I will recommend you go through the recommended series again in the link above. In the 5th pillar “Persistence”, Steve explains exactly how to stay in motion and maintain/grow your level of willpower & self-discipline, even when you feel down or unmotivated.

2. While the general theme is the same, strategies & tactics used are different in the 3 books. For example, the 11 Principles Package discuss success laws. Such as the LOA, TEAR manifestation method, Law of Duality…

All in short, to-the-point formats with exercises on each principles to apply and see instant results. I like it much.

While the other 2 books you mentioned are a must-read in my opinion, they go into loooooooong details and need kind of super-duper clear vision (especially the 7 habits). They’re kind of “reference” books to expand your awareness and success philosophies.

If you want a much practical guide, something that super-charge you (not confuse you :) ), I would recommend you invest your next $47 in the banabue multimedia course. I have just finished reading my copy.

It contains a PDF manual, audio lesson on each law, a workbook for exercises. You can give it a try, it’s backed by a strong guarantee.

Check the BANABU multimedia course here:
