At 19-month age, a disease attacked her leaving her blind & deaf. Strange thing. How can a blind woman lead huge numbers of "sighted" people, and open their eyes!

Who is Helen Keller?

Helen Adams Keller (June 27, 1880 – June 1, 1968) was an American author, activist and lecturer. She was the first deaf-blind person to graduate from college.

I first heard her name from a trainer who quoted one of her super-famous quotes. Couldn't forget her after that.

She was a true inspirational creature, and still is. Here are the first set of Helen's unforgotten quotes:

Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing.
