About Kaled Asmri & Success Elixir

It’s all started back in 2002, when I decided to take my life to a new level of success. I wrote visions, dreams, goals, values and more. Most of my dreams, fortunately, became true. In the other hand, I got my share of some healthy educating unsuccessful experiences! ;)

I’m super-friendly person (which I always pay for), super-ambitious, highly-motivated and strong enough to fight for my dreams in life. I started this website to:

  • share my interests with people, help them as I can
  • make new friends
  • make some money
  • learn from other visitors

I hope that I can -as I always do :) - achieve those goals perfectly. Please, feel free to send me an email whenever you notice that I’m not pointing my activities on this website towards the above goals… it’s always welcome to advise, help & allow me to help.

Kaled Asmri

Soon, you will see practical self improvement how-to reports being published here. Side-by-side with videos, audio, reviews, interviews with experts & ordinary unknown people, and to-the-point articles.

Someday, this website will be #1 self development blog- newsletter- directory on the web! I always hit my goals.

But, I will do it better when you give me a push… tell me what you think. It’s my priority to change, add or remove any part off of the website upon your feedback!

Please stay in touch with me by subscribing to my RSS feed, to the & downloads, or write to me anytime at:

To your success,

April 9, 2008

Kaled AsmriNo Gravatar @ 8:58 pm

Hey Saeed…

There’re many options. I think it’s case-by-case. If you have time & money, studying English @ Australia, UK or New Zealand for 6 months to a year would be enough mostly.

But if you’re a student or on 9-5 daily job, you have to seek other options. You can attend local English class, find a native-English teacher to teach ya one-to-one or use online courses at inistitutes & universities. Is that enough?

Do ya know anyone who is very good at English? ask him how he did it & just do as he did. Simple? yes, but it takes time.

Hope that helps.

Kaled AsmriNo Gravatar @ 10:03 pm

Hey Angila, I wish ya all the best.

Kamal… I envy ya! I can’t find a day off ;) . I really hope you find your dream job.

Thanks fo the nice words MEENAKSHI.

Hey Nur… thanks for your time.

Leodegardo M. Pruna, Ph.D.No Gravatar @ 12:34 am

I just sent you a message a while back.

To give you an idea about me and what I am doing. I am a retired professor of a state university here in the Philippines. I am now engaged as a “Volunteer Adviser” of the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) Business Advisory Program (BAP).

As volunteer advisers, we provide advisory assistance to micro-small-medium enterprises (MSMEs) which applies for assistance in managing/operating the enterprise. We render our professional services pro bono. While in the academe, I taught in the graduate school and college of engineering.

I handled management courses (quality, human resource, production, marketing, etc.) I also go around to lecture pro-bono on values because I sincerely believe that even if we have all the wealth we long for, if we do not know how to value and respect ourselves and others, all these will simply distort the true meaning and purpose of our lives. I wish I could do more.

By the way I am 67 years of age and God willing I will continue doing what He wants me to do.

Kaled AsmriNo Gravatar @ 5:59 pm

Hi Leodegardo,

Many thanks for your kind message. Well, I congratulate you Leodegardo…

And as I said in my email, I respect your thoughts — again.

hi Kaled, thanks for inviting me.

Professionally I’m a Pschological Counselor & a Soft-Skills Trainer. I’m with a missinary college as a consultant for the last 10 years. Its autonomous now with semester systems… undergrads to postgrads. I’m always on a high-five as the youthful exuberance in the university & corporate offices has been doing wonders for my personal growth not to forget the deep satisfaction of what I do.

Personally I live alone my husband &younger daughter now c/oGOD & elder daughter & son in-law in Bombay, I visit them every vacation. :)

I love nature, wildlife, people of any age, music of any kind, reading. I’m not yet focused about my future. I belive in myself & often laugh at me too.

Except for traveling & just have enough to pay my bills, I’ve no yearnings because I always feel GOD takes care of me :)

I hope to revive my sketching skills this summer.

ujjaineeNo Gravatar @ 7:38 am

I ‘m very glad that I found you on your web. People like you & Mike are excellent teachers for a sometime-errant student like me!!

I’ll be 60 on 1stNov. Please give your birthdate as well for me to wish you. I’m leaving for Bombay on 30th & will be quite out of touch as my children work with laptops & you never find a cyber cafe anywhere. So sad :(

well we can’t do any thing about it so here I am wishing you all the best warm regards, Ujjainee

Rurinda FidelNo Gravatar @ 11:46 am

Hello.

I really appreciate your work and i was strengthened by your experience in as far as life is concerned.

I am a Rwandan who is interested in knowing the real meaning of life; it is still a puzzle. I read different books that talk about life, different temperaments, and how to reconise one`s characters to develop his/her abilities, how to eradicate low self-esteem and be confident of one`s self.

i was really impressed by your opinions. Be blessed

Kaled AsmriNo Gravatar @ 12:21 pm

Hey Rurinda,

many thanks… and I literally hope you find the *real* meaning & purpose of life.

NATIONS are missing on this!

LanginNo Gravatar @ 4:55 am

Hi Rurinda,

I do agree with your comments and may god help you.

I am from Papua New Guinea and am also searching for the real meaning in life and the good thing about people like us is that we “looking for the tools of self-improvement” in itself is a great attribute.

God Bless

Langin

June 19, 2008

LanginNo Gravatar @ 12:05 am

Hi Kaled,

Thanks for your message dated 11/06/08.

I am from Papua New Guinea, the country immediately north of Australia but the eastern half of the Island of New Guinea.

I work for my government and though having graduated from university with a degree in economics, I still lack self-esteem and confidence in terms of public speaking etc…

However, I am starting to learn and know some important things that one needs to know about self-improvement from joining this blog.

Also I believe there are a lot of others just like me out there who would very much like to do some sel-improvement to be successful people in there own lifes.

For that, I see that the work you are doing is very important and helpful to a lot of us. I congratulate you for it and please keep the good work going.

My full support and god bless you.

Thanks

Langin

Hey Langin,

Thanks a lot for being with us. I’m sorry for the late reply, some stupid spam-filters caught your comments so I couldn’t see them till I checked the spam-folder.

Anyway, I would like to thank you indeed.

Regarding to public speaking and the other skills, from experience, I believe those kind of skills come by practicing.

I know one of the best speakers that I have ever met, he said that he studied 6 months at at a university in Pennsylvania (a US state) at the Speech-College!

He told me that he was scared & unable to speak on the stage. But after the course, he almost a perfect speaker.

Thanks Langin and stay in touch,

Kaled.

Hi Kaled,

How are you? As I decided to read your articles and views on various fields of life, I would definitely tell U smthn ab’t me. It has been last two years that my life has been totally messed up in all the worries n pain.

Gradually the condition became so very worse that I had to consult a psychiatrist.. due to all the depression n fear, I am now havn a chemical (serotin) imbalance in my brain which has lead to nervousness, repeatition of unnecessary thoughts in my mind. I m takin medicines for that. its like i hv lost myself smwhere. not everybdy understands the prob I m suffering. People say various thns bt.. ultimately I realized that its me n only me who can change my condition.

I know its up God that when my condtn will be better again but still I want to regain the power within me so that atleast I can do my part of job. I started readin books related 2 life, and smhow came to know ab’t ur articles. As I hv lost my self-confidence n my self-belief to such a great extent, its been very tough for me to get back myself again. I donno wats gonna happen bt reading ur articles gives me certain inspiration.

for watever reason U r into this.. I donno bt ultimately U r serving humanity which I thnk is the most wonderful job. Thanx for all the splendid work U r doing.

Kaled AsmriNo Gravatar @ 7:59 am

Hi Priyanka,

I literally don’t how to thank you for telling me more about yourself, maybe it’s not your best years, but I’m very happy that you could get back to yourself again.

As you said,

not everybdy understands the prob I m suffering. People say various thns bt.. ultimately I realized that its me n only me who can change my condition.

It’s rare to see people around you when you fall or pass through hard times, sometimes, even your friends can let you down… this is why it’s so important (and not that easy, indeed) to surround yourself with true friends.

I wish you a wonderful life,

Kaled.

BenitaNo Gravatar @ 1:48 pm

Thanks for your friendly welcome…
That makes you walk the talk at first impression that you are indeed friendly…

I am still new here and will take time to read what’s in your blog. It’s interesting to share ones life experience.
By the way, I am a dreamer (Not those who sleep too much and dream too much in sleep yah…)and I like to dream… Dreams keeps me awake and motivated in all I do to achieve what I dream. And dream is the beginning of turning the impossible to possible. I believe that it’s a strong force of motivation.

Anyway, sometimes I feel that people around me are trying to make my vision of my dream blur… And it’s like they look down of me, don’t trust me enough though it has been years knowing them…

Still, best friends during school time are the best. They support me in every area that I would like to achieve in life… Sometimes, I just don’t know what’s my next step with all the things around that seems like a dead end to my dreams. But will keep on dreaming till and plan for the dream to become reality…

Hey Benita,

You’re most welcomed…

Still, best friends during school time are the best.

I have suffered from friends for years, so, I %100 agree with you :)

But I think we’re getting experience to make better friendships in the future, right?

yes… absolutely!

Thanks Benita and stay in touch,

Dear Kaled Asmri:
Thank you very much indeed for your email. Congratulations and may God be with you in all your endeavors.

I was looking for inspirational verses online and found these beautiful verse from among the Sacred Writings of The Bahai Faith and I would like to share them with you because you have taught me so much in such a short time.
TO TEACH IS TO LEARN,
TO LEARN IS TO WORK,
TO WORK IS TO SERVE,
TO SERVE IS TO LOVE,
TO LOVE IS TO SACRIFICE,
TO SACRIFICE IS TO DIE,
TO DIE IS TO LIVE,
TO LIVE IS TO RISE ABOVE
ALL EARTHLY LIMITATIONS
AND ENTER
THE ETERNAL REALM.

Taken From The Sacred Writings of the Baha’i Faith

O GOD!
EDUCATE THESE CHILDREN. THESE CHILDREN ARE THE PLANTS OF THINE ORCHARD, THE FLOWERS OF THY MEADOW, THE ROSES OF THY GARDEN, LET THY RAIN FALL UPON THEM, LET THY SUN OF REALITY SHINE UPON THEM WITH THY LOVE, LET THY BREEZE REFRESH THEM IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY BE TRAINED, GROW AND DEVELOPED AND APPEAR IN THE UTMOST BEAUTY, THOU ART THE GIVER, THOU ART THE COMPASSIONATE.
